Reupholstery Process
Identify Work Required
Once you have filled out the Free Proposal Form and include photos of the furniture requiring re-upholstery, refurbishment or repair we will contact you to provide a quote. An easy and time effective method.
Collect Furniture
Once you are happy with the proposal, we will arrange a time with you to pick up your furniture and show you fabrics to choose from. We send our mobile showroom and one of our upholsterers and/or designers to help you select a material. With the right advice, 95% of people find a fabric or leather they are happy with after 15 minutes. If you require more time, we can still take the furniture away to one of our workshops for preparation work before the job commences while you decide on a fabric. We also have a factory showroom should you choose to bring your furniture to us.
Complete work
Our master craftsmen will then work on your furniture, restore and replace materials where needed as well as upgrade your choice of fabric, vinyl or leather. We use top quality JUKI sewing machines & overlockers for double and single stitching to make the product as durable as possible.
Inspect
Throughout the process we follow strict quality control procedures. We send progress photos so you can see how your furniture transforms and when work is completed, we triple check the finished product to ensure everything is perfect before delivery.
Deliver
Once we've inspected your furniture thoroughly and are happy with the workmanship we will contact you and arrange a time to deliver your furniture. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up the furniture from our workshop.
